Low yield reservoirs are widely distributed in our country and stripper wells occupied alarge proportion in most area. For these stripper wells, there would exist inadequateformation fluid deliverability, low production efficiency while beam pump was used forcontinuous production. To solve these problems, this thesis designed the control systemfor intelligent oil bailing machine.The thesis summarized the development technology and the research status of oilequipment for low yield long-term production of oil well, and then introduced theintelligent oil bailing machine’s basic structure, working principle and process, based onthe actual requirement in oil well drilled to determine the working cycle diagram.In third part, this thesis introduced the control system’s programming of hardware andsoftware, and then established the framework of control system hardware and software.Put forward the function modules should be designed.In fourth part, the thesis expounded the main function module design and implementationprocess, they included:1) Intelligent rope arranging module which implemented continuous automatic ropearranging.2) Working fluid level detection module. Drew the well’s load-displacement diagram anddetected the well’s oil fluid level current-timely, calculated the balance of lowpermeability oil well intelligently and formulated a reasonable working system.3) Fault self-diagnosis and remote transmission module which implemented theequipment unattended.4) HMI module which utilized the Siemens touch screen to complete the HMI.In fifth part, the thesis introduced the actual field application of the intelligent oil bailing machine in pan2038of Yan Chang oil field. Utilized this equipment to exploit and turnedthe pan2038to a normal operation oil well which had stable production of850L per day.This thesis designed and developed of control system, realized the intelligent control ofthe intelligent oil bailing machine and solved the problems of large energy consumption,low production and low efficiency in exploit the stripper wells.
