Putaohua Oilfiled is located in the Placantieline periphery, which has poor formation property, low reservoir pressure and low oil well productivity. In this area, stripper wells occupied a large proportion. Due to the unreasonable work system in some wells, inadequate formation fluid deliverability, excessively low submergence and pump-off, which result in not only electric power waste, but also facility service life decreasing, will be appear in these wells while beam pump was used for continuous production. These appearances will further lead to many problems such as low system efficiency, high energy consumption on lifting fluid per ton and short pump detection period, et al. Therefore, for the stripper wells characteristics, it is essential to determine the reasonable work system.In accordance with the feature of low liquid-production capacity, high energy consumption and low system efficiency of the stripper wells, a practical and accurate production capacity prediction model, which accurately evaluate the stripper wells production capacity, has been determined by means of percolation mechanics theory and some math methods like fitting regression. Under the premise of guarantee of production, optimizing method of artificial lifting way was proposed by means of multi-factor integration decision method, and relevant operating parameters calculation model has been established for the optimizing lifting ways. Based on the model, the software"Reasonable work system optimization in stripper wells"has been programmed for the scientific development of stripper wells, which also has important practical significance for the low permeability oilfield scientific development.
