With the shortage of oil resources, the research of new material focused on biomass hasbecome a hotspot in recent years. Breakthrough of materials is the basis of industrial revolution,flexible nano paper is the basis of the flexible electronics and electronic printing with the rapiddevelopment of the science and technology. The special performance of nano paper showed itsexcellent in the energy and new materials areas in recent years. TEMPO-mediated oxidation isone of the commonly used nanofiber preparation system, which reaction is mild, selective andhigh reaction efficiency. However, the traditional TEMPO oxidation control required theoperator to maintain the pH stable, the operation was complicated, and it can not adapt to thefactory mass production. In order to achieve the intelligent control of TEMPO oxidation system,this paper firstly discusses several factors of intelligent control through the buffer system. Whenthe oxidant drops rate was0.0025mL/s, the borax buffer system can achieve good intelligentcontrol. The preliminary experiment results showed that the reaction time had a great influenceon the size of nanofibers, too long or too short reaction time is not conducive to the preparationof nanofibers, the better response time was for24h.Considering various experimental results, a better preparation process for nanofibers wereusing TEMPO-buffer system. Raw materials after15min PFI pretreatment time prepared for24hours at25oC by controlling dosage of NaBr (0.4mmol/gfiber), TEMPO (0.025mmol/gfiber),NaClO (15mmol/g fiber). After reaction, nanofibers were through washing, centrifugalseparation process to separated the micro and nano parts. And the product must rate were88.54%, nano fiber at a rate of38.95%. The carboxyl content, degree of crystallinity and the DPof nanofibers were3.174mmol/g fiber,53.79%and76respectively.Material water resistibility is key to the application breadth and depth. Hydrophobicmodification of paper was realized by sizing process in the industrial production. In order tomake up all defects of the current synthetic sizing agents, SEAC was proposed from the pointof structure design to realize the super hydrophobic modification of nanofibers.Under theoptimal process conditions, the Cobb60value was27g/m2by using0.2%sizing agents. Thestructure analysis of SEAC was through the FTIR and solid13C NMR, structure analysis resultsproved that the design structure has be achieved. In order to improve effect, finally this paperputs forward the method of layer-by-layer compound method to realize the preparation of roughsurface. Tests showed that rough surface has significant effect.
