Compared to the landfill leachate disposal in foreign countries, disposal inChina is comparativeLy late and the result is not that positive in many countries in China.The paper first introduces some skills in regard to the landfill Leachate disposal at homeand abroad, and then analyzes the features of water quality of landfill leachate and itsprocessing scheme in City M; and at last, ensures that the method of “combination ofMBR+NF+RO” will be applied to the landfill leachate disposal. When it comes to membranecombination technology, the paper expounds the technical characteristics of MBR, NF andRO respectively, and obtains the stable water quality by means of analyzing and comparingthe effect of water’s effLuence. The scheme characterized by membrane combinationtechnology is a relatively new-style in the field of landfill leachate disposal in recent years.The author finally designs a proper scheme according to the features of landfill leachate inCity M and its limited location of the factory. Accordingly, a flow chart and factory’s planegraph are produced at last. Furthermore, the paper illustrates the new technology adopted inthis project to make sure the stability and efficiency in the landfill leachate disposal factory.The design and discussion of it in City M will be worthy of being studied in the future.In conclusion, this project has been completed and put into use for a long time. Theeffects are favorable. The governance in landfill leachate gives full play to social,environmental and economic benefits of the construction project.
