With the improvement of people’s living standards and deepening understanding of the cosmetics, cosmetics safety awareness is more intense, to find a more safe and effective natural plant sources preservatives more urgent and necessary.First, this paper introduces cosmetic sources, outlines the current situation of China’s cosmetic preservatives. Describes cosmetic microbiological characteristics of different systems and control measures, outlining the development of safety, the importance and necessity of natural antimicrobial active ingredients of plant origin.In this paper, our laboratory is based on previous research experience, drawing on the results of previous theoretical studies, the proposed cross‐echelon extraction, formed with an ester‐soluble solvent, alcohol solvent and water solvent system, the test plant extracts cross, the research program developed accordingly. The results confirmed the superiority echelon cross extraction of natural products active ingredients that have significant enrichment, and not easy to miss the target extract, also simplifies the effective substance chemical composition and physical structure identification.This study selected natural plant dandelion and Osthol as the test substance, the use of cross‐echelon extraction method to selectively separate group of18components with potential antibacterial activity of the group, for subsequent use antibacterial activity test. The ability to study the strength of inhibitory criteria for optimizing the extraction process parameters.Select cosmetics common harmful colonies (fecal coliforms, Staphylococcus aureus and Aspergillus niger) as the test bacteria, antibacterial activity of extracts of these18groups groups tested. Studies have shown that the extract No.⑤A groups, namely dandelion after70%ethanol extract of petroleum ether extract of E. coli after antibacterial strongest, the biggest inhibition zone diameter of13.00mm, a minimum of11.06mm, antibacterial ability to maintain more than24h. No.⑥A extract group, namely dandelion after petroleum ether and70%ethanol extracted water extract of S. aureus antibacterial strongest, the maximum inhibition zone diameter of13.51mm, a minimum of11.50mm, suppression bacteria force to maintain more than48h. No.⑤A extract inhibitory effect on Aspergillus niger group significantly, the maximum inhibition zone diameter of22.95mm, a minimum of22.06mm, antibacterial force to maintain more than48h. To1.0mg/mL of the extract as a stock solution (i.e.,100%concentration), the number⑤A extract on minimum inhibitory concentration of E. coli was80.0%, while⑤A,⑥A Staphylococcus aureus minimum inhibitory concentration was75.0%,75.0%,⑤A No. extract of Aspergillus niger minimum inhibitory concentration of75.0%. Comprehensive evaluation, antibacterial ability⑤A No. extract is the best, respectively, Aspergillus niger, Staphylococcus aureus and Escherichia coli were inhibitory effect.Under the experimental conditions, with respect to the antibacterial activity of tea tree oil, a variety of dandelion extracts of antibacterial activity than the weak. Tea tree oil for the above test bacteria inhibition zone diameter respectively18.05mm,24.43mm and28.75mm, and duration are more than48h. Derived from the experimental data, extracts18group differences inhibitory effect of the three tested strains of large, indicating extraction methods have a great impact on the inhibitory effect.This study was to identity the chemical composition of an effective antimicrobial composition studies confirmed the group dandelion extract contains an least flavonoids and alkaloids. Dandelion inhibitory effect does not depend on a particular chemical substance,but by the action of a group of compounds compatibility.This study attempts to establish a set of cosmetic corrosion stability evaluation system and test methods, evaluation of the system with natural antibacterial active against a variety of product forms of cosmetic preservative effect.The experimental design of the moisturizer, moisturizer and moisturizing creams three kinds of skin care products based formulation, to ensure the stability of the matrix after the antibacterial substances optimum extraction screening was conducted applied research in skin care products, research its compatible stability in skin care products.The experiments were performed antimicrobial active ingredient in antibacterial properties of optimum extraction under different matrix systems in the cosmetics, the results indicated that the addition of several natural plant sources of antimicrobial substances in cosmetic products have good common bacteria inhibiting effect, and through product stability testing, in line with national standards for quality skin care products. This study was designed by a plant antibacterial antibacterial system with several active ingredients without adding polyol component concepts and challenges by corrosion experiments tested the corrosion resistance of the system, the results show that the concept of no added preservative system for cosmetic the microbes have a good suppression, can be used as a new type of tasteless, low stimulation, versatile, no added preservative system demands a natural source applications in cosmetics.
