In recent years, coal-bed methane (CBM) has attracted much attention from the Chinesegovernment, which defines CBM as the important energy reserves in the future. At the sametime, coal-bed methane is also accepted by more and more people as its high throughput ratioand economic benefits, which has significant influence on our country’s economydevelopment. The dewatering and exploiting system of CBM has a big gap between Chinaand abroad; in the actual fieldwork, we often directly transplant dewatering and exploitingequipment of oil and gas field wells without normative technology and equipment usingprinciples. The coal which produced from CBM Wells would induce equipment failurephenomenon, which results in a low methane productivity and a bottleneck problem in theproduction.This article firstly analyses and studies the output mechanism of coal-bed methane andpulverized coal from the theory to get movement trend and periodic migration rule of CBMand coal in coal seam gap. Based on that, we create the consecutive physical models andapply the liquid flow rule of pulverized coal within the well-hole and pipes to the model.Simplify the pulverized coal in rod pipe migration model equation formula and calculate theminimum quantity of carrying ability of pulverized coal and determine the minimum miningstrength in the process of mining. In addition, this paper mainly studies the ground drivescrew pump,So designed a set of suitable matching device to the CBM screw pump. Throughthe screw pump power transmission, the Down-hole supporting equipment will play a role forto migrate pulverized coal.Based on the above theoretical analysis and model design, the main is to improve theefficiency of CBM as well as to the maintenance, protection equipment and take effectivemeasures, will give a guide to the actual site.
