In recent years, after printing machinery share has been steadily rising in the printingmachinery industry. Especially the development of die-cutting stamping equipment, thedie cutting precision, die-cutting speed, die cutting efficiency is the key to evaluatedie-cutting stamping equipment performance.This paper has completed the design of satellite type rotary die cutting machine,especially the construction of it. The aim of the design is to improve the precision and diecutting efficiency of the machine.we can improve the precision of the pressure round fullautomatic die cutting machine via designing and producting virtual prototype.Based on the pressure round full automatic die cutting machine of the company asthe research object and using Solidworks, Matlab and ANSYS software as analysis tools.First of all, the study of principle in the average pressure round full automatic die cuttingmachine and the analysis of its existing problems and reasons; Secondly, puts forward thedesign concept of satellite type rotary die cutting machine and its advantages, and usingthe Solidworks3d software for design; Then using the Matlab software on the analysis ofthe main transmission system for the torsional vibration; Finally, the kinematicssimulation is carried out by using the motion of Solidworks software, and the modal andharmonic response analysis of under the frame by using ANSYS software.In this paper, after the acceptance of production units in the actual project and hasrun on production line, the project also fully meet the requirements of the project units.
