In this paper, CuSO4·5H2O、CuCl2·2H2O、Cu(NO3)2·3H2O、Cu(CH3COO)2·H2O, as Cusources, NaOH as precipitant, C6H12O6as reductant, SDS as template agent, ethanol-wateror glycol-water as solvent to explore the synthesis of Cu via a reflux method.The influenceof the volume ratios of alcohol to water, reflux time, Cu sources, alcohol-water system andSDS on the productions were also studied, and the obtained productions were characterizedby XRD, SEM. The possible synthesis mechanism of surfactant serving as template in thelamellar Cu nanostructured superlattice was also discussed.The obtained production is the mixture of Cu2O and Cu when usingCu(CH3COO)2·H2O and Cu(NO3)2·3H2O as Cu sources; thereinto, the obtained mixtureproduction possessed an order lamellar nanostructured superlattice with the lamellarperiodicity when using Cu(NO3)2·3H2O. While we obtained pure Cu production when usingCuCl2·2H2O and CuSO4·5H2O as Cu sources; thereinto, when using CuSO4·5H2O as Cusource, the obtained production possessed an order lamellar nanostructured superlatticewith the periodicity of3.1nm. The overhigh or excessively low volume ratios of ethanol towater is not good for the formation and existence of Cu lamellar nanostructured superlattice,and the best ratio is1:2. The extension of reflux time can promote the order lamellarnanostructure formation, the crystal growth and the polycrystalline particles growing up,and the best reflux time is48h.The alcohol-water system has an important impact on the productions and thenanostructure. In a higher ratios of glycol to water system, the obtained productions possessa higher Cu content. Only Cu is detected by the XRD analysis in the production when theratio is2:1. The lamellar nanostructure also disappeared.The surfactant SDS which served as template induces the order lamellar nanostructureformation in the process of synthesizing lamellar nanostructured Cu power.
