The paper introduces the finished thickness precision control,which is based onproduction line of hot rolling mill1580in XinIron as the platform.It was studied andoptimizedthe control systemof strip thickness accuracy.and was analyzed thethickness precision of the strip’s influence through analyzed two stage (L2) predefinedrolling force,hydraulic pressure control function (HGC),automatic gauge control (AGC)model function,rough side bending control RAC function andfinishing deviation andtail control RAC function a,optimize the development of new thickness accuracy andthe stability of rolling production control model and parameter and application toindustrial production.The main research work and achievement:Throughoptimizing of rolling forceprediction model of The two stage (L2),obtaining thereasonably coFR coefficients arethe main factors affecting the rolling force preset setting accurate;the hydraulicpressure regulator (HGC) optimization of control function,points out that the regulatorin the hydraulic position (HGC) model to add"short integral function"the HGCresponse,and solved the overshoot or oscillation;through the control of the automaticthickness (AGC) optimization of the model function,determined the dynamic AGC toreplace the original Siemens AGC can be relatively stable control of strip thicknessaccuracy,and average filter instead of rolling force differential method forcompensating roll eccentricity is reasonable to avoid roll eccentricity is larger onthestrip thickness affected by rolling force;by bending control RAC function andfinishing deviation and optimization of the tail control RAC function of rough side,solved the intermediate blank side bending,rolling deviation and driftproblem,reduced the adverse effect caused by operator manual intervention on the stripthickness accuracy,improve the rolling stability.Through the optimization and improvement of above,the mass industrialproduction practice results show that the optimized newthickness accuracy andstability of rolling production control model and parameters,can effectively improvethe accuracy and stability of rolling strip steel thickness control.
