CNC machine tools with a high degree of automation, strong adaptability and flexibility,high precision, high production efficiency, beneficial to the production managementmodernization and economic efficiency etc. Integrated automatic control, servo drives andprecision testing and other aspects of the technology. With the rapid development of theaerospace, automotive, energy and military applications,not only increasing the complexity ofthe parts, and the precision is more and more high, ordinary machine tools simply can not meetthe requirements and needs of its performance. In addition, the fierce market competition alsorequires the product development cycle is short, high efficiency and quality standards etc.Therefore, CNC machine tools has developed rapidly in recent decades, provides the kinds ofhigh quality mechanical products to the society, to improve the manufacturing level of themachinery manufacturing industry, has brought the huge economic benefit for the whole world.At present, the CNC machine tool have widespread crawling phenomenon. CNCmachine tools crawling at low speed, heavy load or micro moving situation, the workbenchmoving fast and slow or stop and go phenomenon. Crawling lead to parts surface accuracy andmachining accuracy becomes low, also have damage effect on tool, and may cause parts scrapor machine downtime. There may cause scrapped parts or machine downtime. Thus effectivelyimproving the machine crawling phenomenon for improving precision CNC machine tools isvery important. Mainly produce low-end CNC machine tools in China, if we can improve thecrawling phenomenon of CNC machine tools, the Chinese light consumer goods will behigh-speed growth, numerical control machine tools can also improve the machining precision.In this paper, reference to the large number of data, Through analysis of mechanical feeddrive system of the creeping phenomena, Application of mechanical feed drive system ofsimplified model to analyzed, according to the theory of deduced crawling critical velocityformula. And establishment of simulation model in ADAMS, definite degree impact ofcrawling in kinds of different system damping, system rigidity and driving speed and otherfactors crawl. Secondly, in order to improve the crawling phenomenon, adding a simulation to theworkbench of sine vibration source, adjusting the frequency and amplitude of the vibrationsource, make vibration generated by the spring coupling to eliminate crawling. Actually, thespring passed vibration to table is no rules, so difficult to reach a coupling. The use of addingexternal vibration method can improve the creeping phenomenon, and take achieved someimprove.Once again, according to pictures of crawl improvement renderings and PID nature, Ithought I could use the PID control crawling. Add a PID system on the work table, make theideal parameters for parameter calculation, it is can effectively improve the crawlingphenomenon. And at vibration on the model added PID control, and ultimately achieve acomplete inhibition crawling.
