Equipment manufacturing industry is the basis for the development of thenational economy, the level and quality of technical equipment which theequipment manufacturing industry to provide, is a direct impact on the level ofproduction in the various departments of the national economy and theeconomic benefits. In recent years, with the rapid development of the equipmentmanufacturing industry, the precision and ultra-precision machining technologybecomes an important development direction of modern processing industrygradually, precision and ultra-precision machine tools is the most basicconditions of precision and ultra-precision manufacturing, it affects the forwardto the development of cutting-edge technology in the defense, aerospace,aviation directly. Precision and ultra-precision machine rail performance meritsrelated to the accuracy and surface roughness of the machined parts. Smoothrunning, flexible action, not appear stick-slip, is the basic requirements forprecision and ultra-precision machine tool guide. Machine tool guide stick-slipphenomenon would affect the quality of the machined parts seriously.
