Blasting is the first step of mine production, aiming at the lowest total cost of miningblasting optimization research has become a hot topic of mining industry recognized athome and abroad. Blasting optimization design is the vitality of mine production, toimprove the mining efficiency is critical. Technology in deep hole blasting, it is adoptedwidely in open pit mine rock mining technology at home and abroad, the technology of thedifficulties and focus on how to improve the evenness index of blasting fragmentation,reduce the consumption of unit consumption of explosive and equipment, to reduce the oredilution rate and so on practical problems."Large hole spacing and small row spacing thedifferential blasting technology" is developed in this context. Large hole spacing and smallrow spacing blasting technology is in the hole spacing and row spacing product basicunchanged or slightly increased in a certain range under the condition of artillery boredense coefficient, which increase the pitch reducing row spacing (resistance) of a blastingmethod.Based on rock breaking mechanism, this paper analyses the current domestic andinternational theories about several kinds of main rock blasting, especially to experts andscholars at home and abroad more recognition of the shock wave and stress wave reflectiontensile damage theory and the destruction theory of raw gas expansion pressure, to makethorough research and analysis of the system. Combined with the basis of modern blastingtheory, discusses the large hole spacing and small row spacing from the basic principle ofdifferential blasting technique, from theory research to the large hole spacing and smallrow spacing blasting technology with theoretical basis, the large hole spacing and smallrow spacing blasting technology is scientific.Rock destruction is a complicated dynamic process, research shows that geologicalstructure conditions, physical and mechanical properties of rock, blasting technologyaffects the rock blasting effect, in addition to these, there are many factors influencing the blasting effect of rock, and to explore and research the factors that influence the blastingeffect is the precondition of blasting design and optimization, and also is the key. So in thispaper, after analyzing the rock breaking mechanism of blasting theory, and analyzes themain factors influencing the blasting effect, including rock structure and rock physical andmechanical properties, etc., in this article, especially for the embellish mine ore rock jointsand fissures of do a thorough field investigation and study, and put forward the reasonablesmall row spacing hole blasting network parameters.At the same time of the technology of initiating network, blasting method andcharging structure were studied. Ultimately choose to modify the traditional blastingparameters of embellish mine, with large hole spacing and small row spacing. And bycontrolling the contrast test of the single variable method, and the parameters before andafter the experiment and test results under different parameters were analyzed, theexperiment proved that this blasting technique and the research methods of mainparameters are reasonable, block rate and uniformity of fractured rock, and on the premiseof guarantee good blasting effect, effectively reduce consumption, improve the linear metercharge blasting, for mine good economic results have been achieved.
