In the mining of underground mines,the excavation of the well is one of the most important parts of the work.At present,most of the underground mines in China are still using ordinary method of tunneling.This method has great labor intensity,poor working environment and low safety.The research on the most economical and practical method-blasting one-well method is still lack of practical experience.In this paper,Taoxikeng tungsten mine "deep hole blasting test" project is set as the background,reference to domestic and foreign related theory of blasting and blasting data,using theoretical analysis and field geological investigation and indoor rock mechanics test,blasting funnel test and numerical simulation methods,a reasonable selection of drilling blasting parameters design was made,and conducted a test into the deep hole blasting in the field,and achieved the following results;(1)Based on the theory of blasting rock breaking and the mechanism of straight hole cutting rock breaking,several parameters affecting the first well formation of blasting are analyzed.In particular,the compensation space for a variety of empty hole blasting is calculated,and the important influence of the compensation space on the once well blasting is determined;(2)Through the engineering geological survey,the geological characteristics of the experimental mines are basically found out.Rock samples are drilled and made into core samples in the similar lithologic working face of a well formed well.On the basis of laboratory rock mechanics parameter test,the experience reduction method is applied to get the physical and mechanical parameters of rock mass in the test area of this pit tungsten mine;(3)Based on Livingston's blasting funnel theory,the single hole blasting funnel test and the variable hole distance and the same section blasting funnel test were carried out in the application field,and the best buried depth,the critical burying depth and the explosive consumption of the test funnel were obtained;(4)Using the LS-Dyna module in the ANSYS numerical simulation software,the blasting rock breaking process of two different cutting modes is simulated.Processing function by LS-Prepost,analysis of different time and different unit stress curve,9-holes cutting,cutting blasting hole explosion can effectively form a trench region with high success rate,with a greater advantage,recommend subsequent on-site well test design using 9-holes cutting method;(5)Based on the optimized blasting parameters,the first well completion test of the deep hole blasting in this pit tungsten mine was designed,and the blasting test was carried out.After blasting,the section size of the shaft is 2.5m x 1.5m x 25 m.The depth and section of the well satisfied with the design requirements.The blasting block degree is uniform and basically has no large block.
