Gas geological disaster has been the major problems that affect safety production ofmine, according to statistics, all accidents in coal mines, more than80%for coal mine gasaccident. This is not only impede the safe and efficient production of coal mines, one of theimportant issues, but also to ensure safety in production of the heavy weight. Therefore, ifthe coal mine gas distribution law, predict the gas emission quantity, can effectivelyprevent the occurrence of gas accidents, provide the basis for the safe and efficientproduction of mine. This paper is based on the coal seam gas distribution law of the coalmine gas emission forecast research.To explore the mine gas emission quantity, this paper first analysis of coal seam gasemission composition, then the underground actual measurement data and mine gashistorical data combination, inquiry of coal seam gas emission law, for the west slope ofShanxi coal industry,5(4+5) coal seam No., explore the gas content in coal seam withbig trend that grow with increase of the depth of.In the further study of the mine gas emission quantity, give full consideration to theinfluence of mine gas emission factors, west slope coal5(4+5), coal mining working facegas emission prediction model, the tunneling working face gas emission prediction model,mining gas emission volume prediction model and mine gas emission prediction model isestablished by sampling experiment to measure the gas content in the mine and fallen coalmethane residues, and prediction of mine gas emission quantity. The analysis of theforecast data is made, and the constitution of the gas emission quantity is analyzed.. At last,the mine gas emission data and the data from the borehole are compared to verify theaccuracy of the forecast method..This study predict gas emission, rules on the west slope coal5(Chang4+5), coalseam underground measured gas content data and historical gas content data, predicts thethe coal seam is5Chang4+5,gas content of coal with the coal seam mined coal seamburied depth increases and the increase in, and predict Idei in210million T/a production capacity (mining Chang4+5coal seam No.)5, mine the maximum absolute gas emission143.81m3/min and maximum relative gas emission32.54m3/t, mining working faceabsolute maximum gas emission quantity75.52m3/min; heading face maximum absolutegas gushed content is16.51m3/min.
