| Ionic liquid is a kind of green reaction medium with catalytic effect. The esterification reaction has already been widely applied in industrial production, this paper achieved a good result by using acid functionalized ionic liquid catalyst in the esterification reaction, the catalyst has a broad application prospect.We synthesize and verify a series of acid functionalized ionic liquids. Through the contrast experiments of methyl oleate synthesis, we select [HNMP]PTSA which has the best performance in the reaction as our choice,[HNMP]PTSA is produced by N-methyl pyrrolidone react with4-Toluene sulfonic acid. With this catalyst, we synthesize six ester compounds successfully, they are:Ethyl salicylate, diethylene glycol dibenzoate, n-butyl gallate, Ethyl Oleate, Iso-propyl chloroacetate and Isopropyl acetate. By the orthogonal experiment we discover the key influencing factors of the esterification reaction. Also we optimize the best condition of reaction, including the proportion of raw material, reaction temperature, catalyst dosage, reaction time, product separation and catalyst recycling. |
