The high-performance aqueous damping coating, with good damping performance and sound insulation, performance, making simple and easy construction, is one of materials that the most widely used for train-car sound insulation. Damping coatings are studied in this thesis by the polymer emulsion as a binder material, adding the appropriate filler and other auxiliary admixtures. And The damping coatings can be sprayed on the surface of the carriage thin-walled form a free damped structures play a role of damping insulation on the interior environment. What is more, damping coatings need to have good damping properties and sound insulation performance, but also needs to have good flame retardant properties, impact resistance, better storage performance, anti-settling, anti-sag and good adhesion to the substrate. This paper systematically studies the impact of the selection and formulation of the filler system design coating to damping performance, acoustic performance and flame retardant properties. Study the impaction on performance of the fillers system, there is obtained the best coatings filler formulations, and provided a theoretical basis and technical support for the practical application of damping coating, construction, operation and performance perfect.This article uses the different kinds of packing in damping coating respectively, make packing sericite flaky structure can make the paint has better performance of damping loss factor (0.3591) and the sound insulation performance, and lamellar structure optimum adding amount of fillers in coatings and the best ratio of particle size. Through the flame retardant added to calcium carbonate can be better improve the flame retardant properties of the coating. Modified by silane coupling agent(KH-550、KH-560、KH-570) surface modification of sericite processing can effectively improve between inorganic fillers and polymer emulsion combined with the surface, at the same time, it can be optimized damping sound insulation properties of coatings. The results showed that when the concentration of1.5%coupling agent KH-570packing modification, stuffing surface contact Angle to45°, coating was the loss factor of the best of0.6895, at the same time in80-1600hz range of coating has good sound insulation quantity. At this point, the coatings showed relatively the best modification effect.Through the experiment of coating additive found that choice of different admixtures has obvious effect on the improvement of the coating performance:Suitable thickening agent can effectively improve the viscosity of the paint, to prevent the occurrence of sag paint in construction process, such as stratified phenomenon; Defoaming agent to join microvesicles can obviously eliminate coatings, and improve the coating density, optimize the shock resistance of coatings; And anti-settling agent can make coating has better storage performance, guarantee the coating under the seal of long has certain viscosity, not coating stratification.
