Sound insulation is an important technical index to measure the sound insulation performance of materials.Sound insulation performance is used in many parts of life:the sound insulation performance of housing buildings determines the comfort of residents, including doors, windows and walls;the sound insulation performance of high-speed train compartments also determines the comfort of passengers, which is determined by the four parts of the car body.Whether they are houses or car bodies, their sound insulation performance depends on their own materials,so choosing high sound insulation, environmental protection, reasonable price materials is the main topic of research. As a kind of material to be developed, foam aluminum has excellent performance in sound insulation. From the beginning of the development of porous materials to the formation of aluminum foam, aluminum foam has become the representative of porous materials.Although the mechanical properties of foamed aluminum still have many deficiencies, the emergence of composite panels has improved the status of aluminum foam in acoustic performance,At the same time, aluminum foam has the characteristics of metal and bubbles. It has the advantages of small density, high absorption and impact ability, high temperature resistance, strong fire resistance, corrosion resistance, noise insulation, noise reduction, easy processing, easy installation and high precision.because high noise insulation and light weight are the current situation.New materials should be developed to meet and meet the needs. Therefore, the measurement and comparison of sound insulation capacity of foam aluminum monolayer, composite board and other materials are carried out,the double-layer theoretical model is validated. This paper mainly compares the excellent sound insulation of each material based on theory and experiment. The international standard ASTM E2249-02(5)was adopted to formulate the specification for the experimental test. The sound insulation capacity of the foam aluminum single layer panels, other materials, single layer boards and composite panels were compared with the theoretical values, and the comparison experiment chart of sound insulation volume was drawn. The research results of this paper provide a certain basis for the development of high-speed train side wall materials in the future, and have a certain application value. This paper mainly does the following work:(1)Theoretical analysis and formula derivation of sandwich foam aluminum plate and composite plate, and the theoretical formula of sound insulation quantity is established. The theoretical formula of sound insulation volume of each material is calculated. Finally, the value of theoretical sound insulation quantity is obtained.(2)The technical parameters of the selected specimen were measured, and the key parameters of the test piece were obtained.Compared with the technical parameters, the foam aluminum plate was verified to be superior to other plates. The experimental method adopted the international standard ASTM E2249-02(5),and the experimental method was briefly described.(3)The sound insulation capacity of foam aluminum sandwich panels and other composite panels is tested, and the sound insulation image is drawn. The sound insulation performance of each material is compared, and the sound insulation performance of the aluminum foam is proved to be better than that of plywood and Numex honeycomb panel. In the multilayer structure, the aluminum foam composite plate has the characteristics of light weight and high sound insulation.(4)The prediction of the sound insulation capacity of the double-deck panel model proves that the sound insulation capacity of the double-deck panel of Nomex honeycomb panel tends to the theoretical value, but the predicted value is still less than the actual value.
