Preparation Of Total Triterpenoids From Poria Cocos Peel Dispersible Table

Objective: Developping total triterpenoids from Poria cocos Peel dispersible tablet,to shortcollapse time of drug and improve drug dissolution.Methods: To determine the content of total triterpenoids by UV. The optimum extractioncondition was investigated by orthogonal design. The best production process was choosedout by comparing the index of different materials. Formulating appropriate qualitystandards was formulated by studying the quality and content of drug of the differentbatches of dispersible tablet.Results: The optimum extracting condition was adding six times amount of90%alcoholand refluxing twice,1h at a time. Total triterpenoids from Poria cocos Peel dispersibletablet was made by dry legal particles with10%of the drug,10%of flow aid,6%of thecombined disintegrants and disintegrating agent (2%),30%MCC, cellulose lactose is50%.Conclusion: Total triterpenoids from Poria cocos Peel dispersible tablet can be collapsedcompletely within3min with improved dissolution.
