Recent years,the state has increased the intensity requirements of the environmentalprotection in the field of industrial production, energy conservation and emissionreduction is the main task of the thermal power plants,firstly,the reform of productionequipments is an important part to achieve the nations,environmental protectionrequirements.The paper is based on the requirement of current affairs.In order to achieve economicand environmental benefits, It created a researching object for a thermal power plant of alarge domestic enterprises and established the SIS system from “Energy”and “Saving”.“Energy conservation”thinking is reflected in the boiler combustion efficiencyoptimization,it created a researching object for the fourth boiler to try the thermal test andset the experimental data as sample data.Using the neural network toolbox in the Matlab,itbuilt the BPNN forecasting model of boiler efficiency and NOXemissions and took100sample data, training the model, to improve the accuracy of the model.Setting boilerefficiency and NOXemissions target for optimization, it applyed the Genetic Algorithmsto implement the optimization measures under different constraints and verified thevalidity of the combustion optimization solution with comparing the experimental andoptimized data.The model is the theoretical basis of combustion Optimization in the SISsystem,which adopting the BCS combustion optimization technology to change windsratio in the coal combustion process to achieve combustion optimization purposes.“Emission reduction”thinking is reflected in the NOXemissions and Flue gasdesulfurization,it also created a researching object for the desulfurization units to do withthe flue gas with Ammonia absorption wet FGD technology.The paper analyzed of thefactors influencing the desulfurization rate,and build the BP neural network model forflue gas desulfurization. Data collected by the desulfurization apparatus, as sample datafor training the model to verify the accuracy of the model.The plant’s control system is used in desulfurization equipment Xin hua TisNet-OnXDC800series of DCS.Since thecontrol system operation, remote data failed to achieve environmentalprotection,installing GE’s IFIX industrial process monitoring software in the SIS systemto monitoring the desulfurization unit.SIS system built mainly from two aspects of the implementation of the hardware andsoftware structures.Hardware include:real-time optimization of servers, historical dataservers, Ethernet switches, control one-way gates and other physical network.Softwareincludes:OPC data acquisition software, industrial process monitoring IFIX software, theBCS combustion optimization technology software.SIS platform established to help plantmanagers to better understand the level of boiler operating conditions, operatingconditions, and the desulfurization performance management team.
