According to the characteristics of some mainstream ultra-low emission technology such as modified spray layer technology,tray-tower technology,dual cycle desulfurization technology in Twin Towers and so on,this paper makes comparison and selection of the induced fan,circulating pump,oxidation fan and other mainly high energy consumption equipment of FGD system through analysis combined with the actual situation of the project.The results show that the biggest influence on the total power consumption of the system is the circulating pump,followed by the induced fan,the last is oxidation fan.This paper discusses the power consumption of three kinds of ultra-low emission technology when removal unit mass of SO2.The minimum power consumption of circulating pump is Twin Towers double cycle technology,the lower is tray-tower technology,the highest is modified spray layer technology.The power consumption of oxidation fan is basically equivalent.Induced fan power consumption of Twin Towers double cycle technology is highest,tray-tower technology is lower,the lowest is modified spray layer technology.At the same time,based on the above research results,this paper puts forward some measures of energy saving and consumption reduction of desulfurization system and specific application suggestions.The influence of the two schemes of the straight row and back to chimney emissions on the surrounding atmosphere were analyzed through comparing the outlet pollutant ground concentration after the ultra-low emission transformation of#3desulfurization tower of Yizheng Chemical Fibre Co.Ltd.with the SCREEN3estimation model of evaluation center of the Ministry of environmental protection,which verify the possibility of using straight row scheme.At the same time,the investment and energy consumption difference of the two schemes are studied,and the advantages of the straight row scheme are expounded from the above two aspects.What’s more,some reasonable suggestions were put forward.Finally,taking the ultra-low emission reconstruction project of Chemical Fibre Co.Ltd.as an example,it was analyzed and verified that the possibility of added waste acid of the aramid plant to the desulfurization system by the theoretical research,the laboratory test and the field test.The results show that the process can not only save the investment and energy consumption of the slurry preparation and gypsum dewatering system,but also achieve the effect of water saving for the desulfurization system.
