This paper choices Evaporation-Urea Formaldehyde Precipitation to deal withmethyl acrylic acid wastewater, simultaneously, also to recycle and resource utilizevaluable components such as acetic acid, formaldehyde and (methyl) acrylic acid inwastewater.First of all, under the condition of stirring, heating and evaporate wastewater,aggregation of aldehydes,(methyl) acrylic acid forms long chain molecule andprecipitation. Inversely, common evaporation the low molecular weight formaldehyde,toluene, acetic acid with water is taken out of solution to achieve condensation state.After condensate water recycles toluene by oil-water separation, using NaOH toneutralize acetic acid and evaporation and crystallization, recycling sodium acetate. Addurea to crystallization of condensed water, which makes urea reaction withformaldehyde of crystallization of condensed water to produce white urea formaldehydeprecipitation. COD in wastewater is declined further and urea formaldehyde is recycled.After processing, removal rate of COD in wastewater is97.8%approximately.15-17gurea formaldehyde and79-86g sodium acetate can be recycled whenever1L wastewateris processed.Secondly, drying and grinding the remaining substrate after evaporation process(the main elements contain acrylic polymer, little acetic acid and water), using phenolicresin as crosslinker, according to phenolic resin: remaining substrate (mass ratio)=1.5:1to mix the phenolic resin with the substrate evenly, furthermore, solidify2h at150℃,by grinding, screening and activated by alkaline solution to get adsorbing material.Saturated adsorption of the adsorbing material to Ni2+is114.51mg/g, to Pb2+is241.57mg/g and to Cd2+is24.03mg/g approximately. In addition, substrate can be regarded astemplate and catalyzer, which can prepare strontium titanate Gel with tetra-n-butyltitanate, strontium nitrate and anhydrous ethanol, which can get Nano-SrTiO3powders by high-temperature(700℃) calcination. Saturated adsorption of Nano-SrTiO3powdersto Ni2+is30.3mg/g, to Pb2+is105.14mg/g and to Cd2+is14.77mg/g approximately.Furthermore, substrate can be modified by sodium and dried, and it can be preparedscale inhibitor. Its best intake of concentration is60mg/L, and its scale inhibition rate is41.14%approximately.
