Taking the corrosion and scaling problems of the industrial chromium salt wastewater multi-effect evaporation system as the research object,the traditional stability index model was introduced into the direction of chromium salt wast ewater,and the static simulation experiment data and Matlab software were use d to improve the traditional stability index.Better describe the tendency of sca ling in industrial chromium salt wastewater.At the same time,through the anal ysis of corrosion and scaling of industrial chromium salt wastewater evaporatio n system,the effects of various multi-effect evaporation system conditions on c orrosion and scaling were investigated.Through the combination of various cor rosion inhibitors and scale inhibitors in different proportions,the best APC corr osion and scale inhibitor in chromium salt wastewater was obtained,and the m echanism of APC corrosion and scale inhibitor was studied by scanning electro n microscope.After that,the main conclusions are as follows:(1)Combining the actual industrial chromium salt wastewater composition and the actual situation of serious fouling in the multi-effect evaporation syste m,it is verified that the optimized stability index(SAII)model is more accura te in describing the scaling trend of chromium salt wastewater,and realizes the traditional Improvement of the stability index(SAI)model.At the same time,the optimized stability index(SAII)model has high accuracy and operability,and can qualitatively reflect the scaling of calcium carbonate in the chromium salt wastewater.(2)Corrosion and scaling processes can be effectively inhibited by adding1 mg AA/AMPS+3 mg PESA+80 mg C6H11O7 Na to 0.5 L industrial chromiu m salt wastewater.(3)APC type corrosion and scale inhibitor has excellent scale inhibition p erformance,calcium carbonate scale inhibition rate is close to 91.94%;excellent corrosion inhibition performance for metal carbon steel(20#)material,metal carbon steel(20# The annual corrosion rate of the material can be reduced to0.15mm/a;the APC type corrosion and scale inhibitor has significant bio-natura l degradation performance,and the degradation rate is above 88% after 28 day s.(4)By forming a separator on the surface of the metal carbon steel(20#)material,the APC type corrosion and scale inhibitor can prevent the metal(20#)material from directly contacting the industrial chromium salt wastewater,t hereby exerting a corrosion inhibition effect;(5)APC type corrosion and scale inhibitor can inhibit the growth of calci um carbonate crystal lattice,and the lattice is distorted by the dispersion scale inhibition and lattice distortion inhibition,thereby achieving the inhibition of c alcium carbonate scale accumulation.
