The frequently terrorist activities within the scope of the world bringserious harm to the country and the people, since the "911" event, allcountries strengthen the exploration and detection of explosives. Nitroaromatic compounds which are main raw material of explosives have theharm that can cause cancer,so the focus of academic,researching is how todetect nitro aromatic steam in the air and nitro aromatic solid leaved inthe soil quickly,easily and accurately. The main methods of detection arespectrometry, ion transfer method, chromatography, mass spectrometry,fluorescent sensing technology, etc. The most popular method isfluorescent sensing technology for its advantages of high sensitivity,selectivity, rapid, simple, and repeatability, etc.The core of fluorescent sensing technology is the fluorescentconjugated polymers,which used as a sensor have fluorescentamplification effect due to its special conjugate structure that significantlyenhanced the sensitivity of this detection method. A hot spot of currentresearch is how to prepare the polymers with high fluorescent quantumyield and good stability.Curcumin which is abundant and cheap was used as fluorescentgroups in the experiment and was compounded with MPEG and IPDI totwo kinds of water-soluble fluorescent polyurethane with differentstructure.The first chapter summarizes the detection method of nitro aromaticcompounds, the classification of fluorescent material, pharmacologicalactivities of curcumin and its modification. The second part polyethyleneglycol monomethyl ether which is monodisperse and structurecontrollable was prepared by anionic polymerization, the structure and molecular weight of polyethylene glycol monomethyl ether have beencharacterized by GPC,FTIR and NMR. Polymer MPIC-1and PolymerMPIC-2was synthesized in the third chapter used polyethylene glycolmonomethyl ether as raw material. The reaction temperature, reactiontime, sequence, etc were discussed. The conclusion as follows:thetemperature of preaggregation is85℃, The reaction time ofpreaggregation is6hours.The temperature of Sealing side reaction is60℃,the time of Sealing side reaction is3hours.The solubility ofcurcumin in the polymers were265.8ug/mL、75.44ug/mL,The stability ofcurcumin in polymers was significantly improved in the buffer solutioncharacterized by Ultraviolet absorption spectrum. Fluorescence intensityof polymers were significantly strengthed characterized by fluorescencespectrum. Interaction between o-nitrophenol、 p-nitrophenol and thepolymers was studied in the fourth chapter. The quenching efficiency ofdifferent quenching agent quenched to polymers and the quenchingsensitivity of polymers were characterized. The conclusion is that thequenching sensitivity of polymer MPIC-1surpasses polymer MPIC-2quenched by nitrophenol.
