The utilization of environmental microorganisms is a practical solution of the environmental pollution which caused from the development of human being. It is difficult to obtain the detailed information of environmental microorganisms by the traditional analytical methods. Therefore, the present study focus on the utilization of PCR-DGGE technique and454-pyrosequencing high-throughput sequencing technology as the main investigate methods to evaluated the microbial community of aerobic granulation and the application process, food waste treatment in A/OBR and anaerobic digestion of food wastes. The microbial community of aerobic granular sludge changed during the formation process, and Thauera sp., Paracoccus sp., Acidovorax sp. were the dominant species in granulation. With the degeneration of sludge, the original microbial community was breaked. However, the mature particle exhibited a higher tolerance of the impact. During the aniline treatment process, the system maintained a constant microbial community. The microbial community in the compartment has a close relationship with the feed methods in the kitche leachate disposal process with A/OBR. The community analytical result indicated that, the split-feed caused a optimum bacterial structure. It is clear that, the reactor obtained the optimum characteric, when the feed proportion was6:3:1.During the AD process, the addition of ammonium acetate weaken the acid inhibition. From the DGGE result, it stress that, the groups maintained a various bacterial structure duing the digestion, however, the dominant bacterias were constant during the operation. Which means, the addition caused a stable reaction system, and during the inhibitory period, methanobacteria showed a higher tolerance than bacteria. The anaerobic digestion with the addition of ammonium acetate was investigated by454-pyrosequencing high-throughput sequencing technology. Firmicutes was the dominated bacterial in the acid-inhibition reactor, on the contrary, the system performed a equally community distribution with the addition of ammonium acetate in the nitrogen-inhibition reactor. But the bacterial community was changed when the inhibitory phenomenon raised in the nitrogen inhibition reactor. Although the archaea obtained a higher tolerance of nitrogen inhibition, with the accumulation of NH4+, Methanosaeta was blocked in the dominated community, and Methanoculleus was activitied resulted from the better adaptability to the NH4+...
