Epoxy resin, is a kind of thermosetting polymer material that has many useful properties, molecule contains two or more epoxy groups, morphological diversity, from a liquid to the viscous state, to the solid, have different forms. It has good bonding properties, high strength, etc. Therefore, it is widely used in different fields, such as shipping, transportation, electronic packaging, machinery manufacturing, chemical corrosion, etc., and has played a very important role in the epoxy resin, become the indispensable important materials used in various industries. But traditional after curing agent curing of epoxy resin, curing product crisp, easy to fracture, greatly limits its application. In addition, there are quite a number of epoxy mastic is solvent, is not conducive to environmental protection. This article USES the raw materials such as epoxy resin, curing agent and modifying agent, through the experimental design, developed a room temperature curing solventless high toughness epoxy mastic. The concrete research content is as follows:(1) To study the various additives on the influence of epoxy resin cement tensile strength and elongation at break, to determine the optimum amount of each ingredient added. Research shows that different types of curing agent for epoxy resin curing effect of the mechanical properties is different. In addition, polysulfide rubber, the addition of coupling agent, etc can improve the mechanical properties of epoxy resin curing system, can achieve the effect of toughening.(2) To study the water absorption and water resistance of the epoxy resin curing system, the study showed that soaking time15d, the curing system of water absorption saturation state, condensate water absorption changes won’t happen again, tends to a stable value. Epoxy resin cured at this time of the bibulous rate reached a peak, but also is only2.2%, such low bibulous rate showed this kind of epoxy resin cured with excellent water repellency. At the same time, through the water resistance test experiment, we get the epoxy resin curing system has a certain resistance to water.(3) It was studied by TG and rheometer respectively heat resistance and rheological property of epoxy resin curing system, studies have shown that the epoxy resin curing system in weightlessness50%when the temperature is about350℃; Under high temperature, the system can maintain a low weightlessness rate, it has certain heat resistance; With the increase of temperature, the viscosity of epoxy daub part A will gradually reduce, room temperature viscosity in14000mPa.S left and right sides; After60℃temperature is reached, the system viscosity tends to a stable value800mPa.S.(4) By using scanning electron microscope to observe the curing morphology, compared the morphology characteristics of cured under different toughness, not the shape of the modification of epoxy resin cured in horizontal stripes, and the distribution is not uniform; And after modification of epoxy resin curing, uniform distribution, the "island" of this structure, gives the good flexibility.
