Optimization Of Environment Protection And Management Measures Based On Heavy Metal Pollution Contral

With the development of society and economy, the environmental pollution question more and more attention from the society, domestic and foreign researchers have conducted research from the aspects of environment protection management object, measures, in order to provide a theoretical support for the problem of environmental pollution is becoming more and more. In the various types of environmental pollution, heavy metal pollution because of its enrichment, refractory characteristics, has become a major problem in the management of environmental protection. Therefore, the heavy metal pollution situation analysis, can greatly reflect the existing problems in environmental protection.This paper from the perspective of the heavy metal pollution, through effective means of heavy metal pollution, puts forward some opinions and suggestions on the environment protection management measures. Is the main heavy metal pollution control as the object, the expansion of "to ask questions--issues--experience--proposed measures-case study" train of thought, main contents are as follows:finding problems, mainly based on the understanding of the state of pollution of heavy metals in China, from the environmental protection management system angle, find out the problems existed in the heavy metal pollution control; experience, is mainly American, Japan, the UK three experienced heavy metal pollution and the characteristics of each country, learn from good experience, these countries of their good practices, combined with China’s concrete practice, inspiration of heavy metal pollution in our country is put forward; initiatives, is mainly aimed at the existing problems, combined with the US, Japan, Britain and other countries experience for reference, puts forward the conception of heavy metal pollution in our country and act; case analysis, mainly through the introduction of heavy metal pollution in Gansu Province governance measures and achievements, pertinence and effectiveness of this proposed initiatives.This study is mainly analyzed in the framework of public management theory, combined with the study of examples and theoretical research phase, with examples of heavy metal pollution, theoretical progress to promote environmental protection management measures of the optimization, the analysis of the theory of environmental protection, to push forward the heavy metal pollution control measures, and through the support, instance theory support, to provide security for the conclusion of this paper. Further, the system data, field investigation, data examples supporting ideas is the main characteristic of this article.
