With the increasing world population and growing industrialization, the environmentand people’s irrational utilization, resulting in soil contamination problems have becomeincreasingly prominent, threatening people’s production and life, Soil will be a shortage ofresources.On the basis of the "old industrial relocation ecological environment reconstruction ofkey technology integration and demonstration" on the subject, conducted soil pollutioncontrol simulation design and repair process simulation system, the entire system tosimulate different pollutants/repair agents in different soil types, different proliferation ofthree-dimensional space under the hydrological environment, migration and transformationprocess.Soil contaminated/repair simulation and control system design: Laboratoryequipment using PLC control system operation to achieve the design requirements;injection of pollutants/repair agent in the experimental device is detected by measuringinstruments and control parameters for each change; installation of soil contamination onthe IPC/repair simulation software for system monitoring and control.Soil contaminated/repair simulation and control system implementation plan: basedon soil pollution/repair analog control system to determine the parameters, perform theselection of measuring instruments, and the control system hardware selection andconfiguration; selection of Siemens S7-200series PLC and Advantech IPC as the maincontroller for automatic control of the experimental process, using STEP7MicroWIN SP9software programming PLC automatic control procedures; LabVIEW8.2use NI’s graphicalprogramming software on soil contamination IPC/repair simulation and control softwaredevelop, implement virtual simulation of the parameters; major factor for the temperatureof the soil pollution/repair level is affected, the use of integral separation PID controlalgorithm to improve the soil temperature to detect the presence of non-linearity, hysteresis,latency and other defects; accused device through RS485interface with PLC, to communicate with the PLC via MODBUS_RTU communication protocol; through dataacquisition card for data collection; standard embedded process control (OPC) to achievecommunication between the PLC and the control software to realize the physicalparameters of the IPC Real-time monitoring and control.Soil contaminated/repair analog measurement and control system for theindependent research and restoration of soil pollution researchers simulation platformprovides a set of soil contaminated/repair process to facilitate the statistical analysis ofexperimental data has important applications for restoration of soil pollution.
