Due to children’s limited awareness and understanding abilities to text, illustrationvocabularies of children’s food packaging can communicate with children silently, and canlead to children’s recognition, attention and love for food. So to seize the children’spsychological characteristics—preference for digitizing, conducting creative expressionstudies illustration vocabulary of children’s food packaging plays an important education andguidance role in meeting the psychological needs of children.Illustration vocabulary of children’s food packaging is a visual form of children’s foodpackaging illustration, with the methods of linguistics to locate, that is the collect ofchildren’s food packaging illustration, the polymer of various forms of illustrations. Bycertain weaving or integrating, these polymers constitute a whole meaning visual form as apromissory relationship. This paper mainly classifies the polymer of illustrations for children’sfood packaging vocabulary elaborately, and does creative research and analysis in itsinterweave relationship.The paper is divided into four parts. The first part, classifying and analyzing. In theillustrations for children’s food packaging vocabulary classification process, a large number ofcases were resolved. The second part, finding the problem. By cognitive psychologicalanalysis of illustrations for children’s food packaging vocabulary consumption, did somerelevant survey to find the existing problems in children’s food packaging illustrationvocabulary, that is the lack of healthy aesthetic taste, the single style, the lack of creativeexpression. The third part, solving the problem. Through exploring and ordering the creativeprinciples of children’s food packaging illustration vocabulary, that is on the basis of themarketing principle, the health and aesthetic appeal principle, and long-term memoryprinciple, did particular research on basic design elements and expressing techniques ofcreativity in illustrations for children’s food vocabulary. The fourth part, designing practice.Excellent food packaging illustration for children depends on an effective and creativethinking. In the design practice, based on summarized basic ideas and methods of the program, through the process of analysis, synthesis, comparison, abstraction, and generalization of thedesign information, transformed the design practice thought process into concrete informationpresented on the design effect, hopes to achieve the desired effect by " trek " in thinking.
