Daqing peripheral oilfield and other " three low" reservoirs have low productivities, so the common drilling fluid technology is difficult to solve the high density, high solid drilling cuttings dispersion.These problems will bring inevitable to oil and gas reservoirs and will cause more serious pollution problem, and seriously affect the mechanical drilling speed. Micro foam drilling fluid has special structure,so it is considered to be one of the most important methods of solving the leakage formation, reducting differential pressure sticking, protecting the core and improving resource exploration efficiency. Because micro foam drilling fluid has irreplaceable advantage than conventional water base drilling fluid in reservoir protection and leakproof in the "three low" the oil research and application, it can reduce first pollution, increase the single well production and ultimate recovery, the oil pollution in Daqing peripheral oilfield and other "three low" reservoir in drilling problem,so some problems will be solved fundamentally. At the same time, application of this project will greatly improve the drilling speed,and the drilling itself will obtain good economic benefits. Micro-foam drilling fluid can be the same as the conventional drilling fluid with each other, the technology using conventional equipment can meet the micro foam drilling construction requirements. The comprehensive promotion in the peripheral oilfield will meet the requirements of oilfield development for reservoir protection, improve the capacity of Peripheral Oilfields, improve drilling efficiency, and Its future application prospects will be very broad.In this paper, in order to determine the foaming agent, agent selection and micro foam drilling fluid formulation of foam stability, ten kinds of domestic and abroad foaming agent commonly are used by half-life method evaluation, and select the proportion of the foaming agent.And the foam stabilizing agent, backfire indoor evaluation, so as to determine the foam drilling fluid formula,and we have a mechanism study of protective effect of resistance, pollution, formation of the micro foam drilling fluid inhibition evaluation, and research of micro foam drilling fluid anti-sloughing, leakproof, reservoir protection。This paper studies the quantitative relationship between the micro foam drilling fluid density and temperature and pressure, then establish the mathematical model of quantitative relationship between the micro bubble changes with the temperature, pressure, density.The relationship determines the circulating micro-foam drilling fluid density, rheological properties, annular return velocity, annulus pressure in the wellbore, and evaluate the carrying cuttings, the stability of hole wall, balanced drilling parameters, and it has important theoretical guidance for the application of micro bubbles.
