Based on the current low-density slurry technique for analysis on the use of laboratory experiments and theory closely packed, we preferably select the content of each component grout, develop the high temperature leak slurry system. At first, with beads, micro-silica and quartz sand admixture, each admixture sets three levels to establish orthogonal test program which is constructed to measure the density of each different program into cement compressive strength and resistance to high temperatures performance, then we determine the basis for the formulation of cement slurry. Then each of the matching loss agent, retarder, enhancers and other additives were analyzed to determine the type of each additive, the optimum dosage and application temperature, and then get the low density of 1.20-1.45g/cm3 deep well sequence slurry system. For high temperature resistance, stability and permeability of each slurry system is measured and found that the surface of density of 1.30g/cm3 grout deep over relatively smooth, uniform, dense, and cement stone of 1.20g/cm3 and 1.25g/cm3, because a large amount of large particles due to the beads, cement content is relatively small, it results in a rough surface, the larger porosity. Finally, the slurry of 1.35g/cm3 system for the ground simulation experimental results are consistent with the results of laboratory evaluation, it could meet the requirements of the construction process and the ground. Low-density Slurry system has tested in regions of SongNan SN-180, SN-211,it effectively reduces the bottom-hole pressure liquid column, to meet the requirements of deep well cementing long closure.
