In the coke production process, the coke pusher、the coke guide car and the coke quenching car must work together, otherwise will result in significant production accidents. Therefore, three-car interlock is an important measure of the coking plant safety in production, while the locomotive positioning technology is the core technology of the three-car interlock system. The accuracy of the locomotive positioning is an important indicator of the technology.For the current positioning technology, the system which can achieve centimeter-level positioning costs too much, while the cheap system can’t achieve centimeter-level accuracy. This scheme uses radio phase discrimination positioning technology to discriminate the phase of the carrier signal, and it can make the positioning accuracy within1cm. The method is installing a radio transmitter in the locomotive orbit at each end and installing a receiver in the locomotive. When a locomotive moves in the orbit road, it receives two columns of radio waves which will produce the phase difference, and the locomotive can use the phase difference to determine its position. In the modified scheme we use modulation technology and multiplier technology, so do we make the structure of system simple, cheap and highly reliable. Detailed improvements are as follows:1. Using the crystal oscillator to generate the baseband carrier and the times frequency carrier.2. Using the modulation signal to modulate baseband carrier and the times frequency carrier.3. The receiving antenna is improved, to receive signals from both ends of the track.4. Using the phase discrimination circuit to discriminate the phase of the received signals, so we can get the information of the locomotive position.Taking the harsh conditions of the job site into account, we adopt of a variety of anti-jamming measures, after a year of design debugging, and eventually we make the positioning error less than or equal to1cm within a range of0to144m radius. The technology can be applied to monitoring of the location of a variety of moving targets or the stationary target.
