On the silicon steel production lines of the Wuhan Iron and Steel Co.,Ltd andShougang Corporation,there exist some bad phenomenon,such as burr,cut constantly, tearingsurface unsmoothly and so on.The blade have some issues,like gap,burns, bonding,chipping,too blunt blade,big blade bore.Thereinto,the amount of shear blade on theproduction line of the Wuhan Iron and Steel Co.is less than500tons,while the amount ofshear blade on the production line of Shougang Corporation is more serious than it.Therefore,to satisfy the demands of silicon steel manufacture lines of Wuhan Iron andSteel Co.,Ltd and Shougang Corporation(Shear occurs after normalization pickling inWuhan Iron and Steel Co.,Ltd,while it is often before pickling in the ShougangCorporation),we design three kinds of blade steel by the design theory that using a small amountof diversification alloying principle, and replacing the W with Mo. They are6CrMnWSiMoV steel,6CrMnSiMoV steel,and6Cr7Mo3VSiNb steel.According to thecomposition of the new material,we use the Thermo Calc,ANSYS software to do thethermodynamic computation of phase diagrams,and temperature field simulation.Fromthese,we can evaluate the steel structural characteristics,perfect the thermal treatmentcraft parameters and enhance the manufacturing technology of the blade.It turned out that,different W equivalent of alloy has different performance.If the Wequivalent is too high, the amount of undissolved W6C will be more. Then theorganization is not uniform,and the blade is easy to crack.Howere,if the W equivalent istoo low, the blade organization volatility is too high. The abrasive resistance isinsufficient.Therefore,it is a very impotant measure for us to obtain high-performanceblade that optimize the W equivalent of alloy.In the field of using the new blade, the new blades have stable performance and theamount of shear blades is improved greatly.As change tool less,it enhance the productionefficiency of the enterprise.Therefore,the theory that small amount diversification alloyingprinciple and replacing the W with Mo,and the utilization of modern thermal treatmentemulation technology are of great significant to design materials and process parameterssuccessfully for once....
