Study On Preparation Technology Of Light Calcium Carbonate From The Lime Rotary Kiln Preheater Ash

With lime rotary kiln preheater dust collecting ash as raw material, using rotary kilnpreheater exhaust of light calcium carbonate prepared by carbonization method.Theresults showed that the optimum technological conditions for:100℃water hydration,hydration interval in5-8hours, the carbonization time10-20min.This technology issimple and feasible, the preparation of light calcium carbonate products all the indexescan meet the standard requirements: CaCO3content more than97%, to105℃volatilematter content is greater than or equal to1%, hydrochloric acid insolubles content lessthan or equal to0.3%, iron content is less than or equal to0.1%, manganese content isless than or equal to0.009%.The key is to use the wulongquan，wisco minerals co., LTD‘s Particles of lime shaft kiln dry tail gas of carbide, reduced emissions of carbon dioxide,raise the efficiency of resource utilization.
