There are three parts in this thesis, including synthesis and biological activity of spirocyclic tetronic compounds, development of microemulsion spirocyclic tetronic compounds, synthesis of plant growth regulator.A series of spiro compounds were designed by consulting literature and using similar synthesis. And in the process of molecular design, part of the original structure was modified and replaced.In this paper,3-(2,4-dichlorobenzene)-1-2-oxygen generation oxygen mixed screw (4,5)-decyl-3-ene-4–alcohol was used for the sample, synthesis of a series of compounds by traditional method ofethyl acetate triethylamine, and then discussed the other methods such as ethyl acetate with sodium carbonate and DMF with potassium carbonate. The obtained composite were as follows. In this work, we studied the biological activityand optimized the synthesis process of the excellent compounds.In the agricultural production practice, the use of pesticides can not be separatedfrom preparations, and dosage form can be used as carriers because of the physicaland chemical properties of original pesticide, so screening environmentalcompatibility pesticide is a key part during the process of pesticide formulation. Agreen preparation was determined by a series of research, and the appropriate formulawas got through a variety of experiments.A series of new plant growth regulators, such as3-(2,4-dichloro-phenyl)-acrylicacid-2-diethylamino-ethyl ester, furan-2-carboxylic acid-2-diethylamino-ethyl ester,4-amino-benzoic acid-2-diethylamino-ethyl ester,2-furan-2-yl-[1,3]dioxolane,1,3-bis-(4-hydroxy-phenyl)-urea were synthesized which based on the actionmechanism and structural features of DCPTA. And a good result was obtained byindoor rooting experiment, then the excellent plant growth regulator—3-(2, 4-dichloro-phenyl)-acrylic acid-2-diethyl amino-ethyl ester was filtered.
