| How to improve the well yield and the ultimate recovery factor is always being the key fa ctor to condition the improvement and stable yield from the guiding test to the large-scale expl oit in Sulige. With the development of the gas field in Sulige, the employment and developme nt of the effective reservoir becomes more and more difficult while much new challenges is be ing faced by the reformation of reservoir technology. Therefore, this paper tries to choose the more scientific horizontal well technology of staged fracturing with more effective fracturing f luid to optimize the parameters by summing up the experience and taking tests. All of these ai ms to not only improve the well yield and economic benefit to the most but also form a relativ ely complete technology of horizontal well staged fracturing in Sulige.The conclusions about the paper as follow:The cracks and extension of cracks about the horizontal well in Sulige are established through the literature research and monitoring field cracks. The influence of horizontal wellbore azimuth on the artificial fracture geometry has been analyzed, and this paper has expounded the different forms of artificial fracture morphology, and compared the characteristics of the horizontal well and the vertical well cracks.Factors affecting horizontal well production capacity have been analyzed through the research system of horizontal well fracturing, carried out the optimization study of horizontal well fracturing, and completed the optimization of design parameters.On the bases of the degree of the influence from fracturing cracks on the capacity geometry layout, we have obtained the order of the various parameters which are about horizontal Wells with low permeability gas reservoir fracturing:1) the crack length;2) the spacing;3) the quantity;4) the angle.It summed up the design optimization technology of fracturing horizontal well, the scheme includes four aspects:capacity optimization, characteristics of pressure fracture optimization, length of the horizontal well optimization, direction selection of horizontal wells and fracturing cracks optimization. It analyzes and summarizes the technical principle and characteristic of hydraulic jet andopen hole packer in staged fracturing. Also, it tells the influence to the engineer operation andtearing geometrical morphology. In addition, it makes a analysis comparison andcomprehensive assessment about the tools reformation of horizontal well staged fracturing. |
