The paper selects Jie Huzhuang and Ye Zhumao Chang6reservoir as representatives oflate flooding and corresponding period flooding of Yan Chang oilfield, in combination withseveral years production characteristic, establishes reasonable methods, namely MaterialBalance Method and Waterflooding Characteristic Curve method, and prepares software ofMaterial balance method. On the basis of determining injection-production ratio of blocks(incluing421wells and260wells each other)and typical well groups(8groups and2waterinjection stations), contrasting and analyzing key factors of impacting injection-productionratio.By studying: taking start-up pressure gradient into account, by estabilish reasonableinjection-production pressure system, the paper study the distribution of displacement pressuregradient, and confirms two fields’ reasonable formation pressure level, Ye Zhumao is86%and70%at present; Jie Huzhuang is89%and68%at present, the level of two fields are low, andsuggesting that we should strengthen injection system. Ye Zhumao’s Ripis1.1~1.2, four wellgroup: Zheng637-11is1.03, Zheng638-1is1.14, Zheng697-1is1.1and Zheng625-6is1.2.Jie Huzhuang’s Ripis1.7, water injection station1is1.5, water injection station2is1.45,Shuang29is1.3and Shuang122is1.4. Considering two fields production history, confirmingactural Ripis match with theoretical Rip, and confirming that we use Material balance methodand Waterflooding characteristic curve method for Ripstudy are reasonable.By contrasting, two fields’ Ripare different obviously. In the same block, well groups’ Ripare also different, the paper suggests that we should choose well group as study unit ratherthan a whole of field. The paper analyzes every factors, injection time, formation pressure, moisture content, fracture, well pattern, sedimentary microfacies and so on, of whole blocksand sigle well group: effect of injection time reflects on level of formation deficit and pressure, late flooding’s Ripis bigger than corresponding period flooding; water cut reflects effectiveresult of oil well; fractured well group needs bigger Rip for ensuring production; rhombusanti-nine-spot well network is better than squre anti-nine-spot well network for the researchareas; the substance of effect of sedimentary microfacies is well group sand’s inhomogeneity, “several sand” well group has stronger inhomogeneity than “single sand”, should take smallRipfor stable productivity in long term. The inhomogeneity and mineral components of twoareas are same, their effects are weak.
