| On-board reinjection equipment is different from Changqing oilfield traditionalworkover operations of injection wells which need to decompress before workover, buton-board reinjection equipment is connected with wellhead, the produced fluid is completelysolid-liquid separated and injected to other injection wells by pumping system of on-boardreinjection epuipment.First of all, according to the working condition, we has designed on-board reinjectionequipment technological, secondly, we has built type-selection theoretical model of hydrauliccyclone, pressure vessel, pump, transmission and engine and so on, after comfirmation ofconceptual design, by means of arrangement and installation of hydraulic cyclone, pressurevessel, pump, transmission and engine, we has selected appropriate chassis. Due todiversification of the height of center of gravity of on-board reinjection equipment, it isnecessary that according to the related theory to research the passing ability, the stability anddynamic performance of on-board reinjection equipment. Finally using Pro/E to build thethree-dismensional model of carframe which is imported to ANSYS to static analysis andmodal analysis.The results show that type-selection theoretical model of hydraulic cyclone, pressurevessel, pump, transmission and engine are built successfully and according to the relatedtheory to design and calculate main equipment of on-board reinjection equipmentsuccessfully. the passing ability, the stability and dynamic performance of on-boardreinjection equipment completely satisfy task and safety requirements of bad road in theoilfield, carframe intensity completely satisfy intensity limit of full-load bending and reverse.According to natural frequency and mode of vibration to research vibration performance ofcarframe, we can provide the theory evidence of optimized design of carframe structure. |
