High isotactic polybutene-1is refer to the polybutene-1with the isotacticity greater than90%and50~60%crystallinity.Because of its good wear-resistance and creep resistance,excellent heat resistance and chemical corrosion resistance and outstanding environmental stress cracking resistance,it is called "Plastic Gold" in the field of plastic.The application prospect of it is very broad.As the product of precious C4resource,the utilization ratio of polybutylene is low in our country and is only mainly concentrated in the aspect of high quality hot water pipe.In order to better exploit of C4resource and expand the application field of polybutene,carbon black/polybutene conductive composite is studyed in this paper.At the same time,the toughening modification of polybutene is researched with the purpose of meeting the application requirement of some areas.The following is the main research content of this paper: 1.Taking the particle size,structure,surface functional groups in consideration of choosing carbon black,conductive carbon black B is selected as the conductive filler of this experiment eventually.And the conductive composite is prepared by double-roller mixing.The experiment results show that when the content of carbon black is8%,the volume resistivity of the composite is150Ω·cm.At the same time,when the content of carbon black reaches the percolation threshold,the coordination number of single carbon black particle is4by theoretical calculation.2.Polybutene is semi-crystalline material,the mechanical performance of it is not good as EVA,EEA,et al.when the content of carbon black is high,the mechanical properties of polybutene is declining seriously.So the inorganic nanoparticles and elastomer are introduced to improve the toughness of polybutene.The experiment results showed that:the addition of inorganic nanoparticles can effectively improve the toughness of polybutene,nevertheless,the effect of elastomer is not obvious.3.The composites of CB/PB, CB/PB/EVA, CB/PB/POE are prepared by solution method.The experiment results show that:when the mass ratio of PB to EVA is ca5:5,carbon black is distributed in EVA phase,PB and EVA form double-continuous phase.When the content of carbon black is6%and8%,the volume resistivity of the composites corresponding are respectively183Ω cm and43Ω cm.When the mass ratio of PB to POE is ca5:5,carbon black is distributed in the interface of PB and POE,PB and POE form double-continuous phase. When the content of carbon black is6%and8%,the volume resistivity of the composites corresponding are respectively109Ω cm and35Ω cm.
