iPB-g-MAH-co-BMA was obtained by melt-grafting of maleic anhydride?MAH?on isotactic polybutene-1?iPB?with co-monomers?BMA?initiated by DCP in the torque rheometer,and the best preparation process of iPB-g-MAH-co-BMA was investigated.The results showed that addition of BMA was beneficial to improve the grafting degree?Gd?of iPB-g-MAH-co-BMA,which reached the maximum when BMA/MAH?molar ratio?=1.The melt flow rate?MFR?of iPB-g-MAH-co-BMA decreased significantly.Increasing content of MAH promoted Gd but declined the grafting efficiency?Ge?.The Gd of iPB-g-MAH-co-BMA first increased and then decreased with increasing content of DCP,when the content of DCP was 0.4 phr the Gd reached the maximum.The MFR of iPB-g-MAH-co-BMA gradually increased due to DCP inducing macromolecular chain degradation.Differential scanning calorimetry?DSC?analysis shows that compared with pure iPB-1,the melting temperature?Tm?and crystallization temperature(Tmc)of iPB-g-MAH-co-BMA moved to the high temperature at the same cooling rate,and the super-cooling degree??T?decreased.The MAH grafted chain can promote the crystallization rate of iPB-1,and the Gd was higher,the crystallization rate was faster.The Mo Zhishen method can more accurately fit the non-isothermal crystallization process of the samples.Because the cooling rate which iPB-g-MAH-co-BMA required to reach a certain crystallinity degree was lower than iPB-1 at the same time,iPB-g-MAH-co-BMA was easier to crystallize.The non-isothermal crystallization activation energy of iPB-g-MAH-co-BMA is lower than that of iPB-1,which decreased with the increase of Gd.The crystal morphology of the samples were observed by polarizing microscope?PLM?,the result showed that the number of spherulites in the field of view increased significantly,the nucleus was refined,and the boundary between the spherulites almost disappeared.Thermo gravimetric analysis?TGA?showed that the thermal stability of iPB-g-MAH-co-BMA was promoted gradually with the increase of Gd.The properties of Polyoxymethylene?POM?which was modified by iPB-1 and its graft iPB-g-MAH-co-BMA,and the results showed that compared with iPB-1,iPB-g-MAH-co-BMA has better compatibility with POM.iPB-g-MAH-co-BMA declined the Tm and Tmc,refined the nucleus,and restrained growth of crystal nucleus.i PB-g-MAH-co-BMA can improve the elongation at break,impact strength and hardness of POM.At the same filling ratio,the tensile strength and flexural strength of the iPB-g-MAH/POM blend system were better than the POM/iPB-1 blend system.
