Drilling waste,generated as an inevitable oil drilling waste contaminants, will have seriousenvironmental pollution to the surrounding environment without the treatment on emissions and willenduce incalculable damage to the environment for long time pollution.Based on the laboratory tests onthe newly cultivated101wells by using drilling waste not landing standard technology the resultsindicated that the technology can be applied to the specific circumstances of the Tarim Oilfield andachieved good results, there were:(1)The drilling wastewater and sludge cake(including debris)from the effluent and leachate after thetreatment of"drilling waste not landing standard technology"can showed good results and achieved thenational appropriate standards and reduced environmental risk greatly;Simultaneously,the drillingwastewater were recycled in treatment process,and existed no efflux problem and mud volume was alsoreduced greatly.Achieving the the objective of the resources recycling,pollution reduction and cleanproduction,which can be a a major breakthrough of drilling waste management.(2)This processing technique is applicable to all processing of mud system for drilling drillingwaste handling and overall control. Site production continuous, stable, real-time processing drillingdrilling wastes (mud, waste water, drill cuttings), to achieve "no landing" requirement. After a shakerfilter out wastes are no longer stored in the mud pit, but directly into the treatment system, for polymersystems, systems and sulfonated polysulfonate sloughing drilling fluid system, especially in winterconditions can show a good treatment effect.(3)Department of Landscape Engineering currently Tarim Oilfield mud soil for planting has beencarried out small scale pilot plant work, from its plant growth situation, mud soil to grow plantsbasically feasible.
