Adsorption is an ancient craft, long ago began to be used for moisture and odor. As adsorbent species richness, adsorption science has been rapid development in the field of adsorption been applied are constantly broaden, including petroleum, chemical, environmental, energy, and even the pharmaceutical industry are applied to adsorption science. Adsorbent as the basis of adsorption is the study of domestic and foreign scholars and experts focus. Zeolite as an adsorbent of many adsorbents, has a high adsorption efficiency, high adsorption capacity, high selectivity, high adsorption capacity, and many other advantages of being more and more applications and research.This paper mainly studied the adsorption properties of zeolites, zeolite discussed under different conditions of adsorption capacity curve, adsorption capacity and a series of performance and intended use of this important characteristic of zeolite were engineered to develop including the use of super-hydrophilic zeolite molecules to improve the drying process. The drying process to improve the drying rate and improve the quality of the dried product was dried, using the zeolite at elevated temperatures higher adsorption any natural improved dryness under high temperature environments.Firstly, the molecular sieve under different environmental conditions zeolite adsorption properties of a large number of experiments, including zeolite adsorption capacity under different temperature conditions, zeolite adsorption rate under different humidity conditions, the adsorption rate and adsorption capacity of the zeolite under vacuum conditions, these experiments can be determined by the applicable zeolite future direction and scope. Vacuum dried to obtain good results, which on this basis that we initially designed the zeolite absorber, you can use the absorber adsorption improvements to existing equipment, increase productivity, improve the production process.In short, through our research, we hope to use zeolite in engineering applications to achieve high efficiency, energy saving, environmental protection purposes, so that zeolites can be more efficiently utilized.
