Electric actuator and valve is widely used in petrochemical pipeline, but in recentyears, along with the pipeline explosion accidents and other accidents continue to occur,has put forward higher requirements on the quality of oil pipeline equipment state. In orderto ensure the quality of pipeline equipment and maintenance timeliness, Chinesegovernment requirements of domestic manufacturers, the domestic product design must beimproved to a high standard of imported equipment requirements, enhance the grade ofproducts, and gradually replace the imported products. Our company has undertaken theelectric actuator and electric hydraulic actuator localization development work, themaximum output torque of electric actuator is up to300000N.m, far more than thedomestic industry design standards, and currently on the market also does not have theequipment to simulate load test on such a high torque electric actuator, under thisbackground, this paper studies the suitable for high precision high torque intelligentmeasuring device for use in the production of the factory.This paper is based on hydraulic technology, intelligent control technology, studiedthe accurate measurement of the torque of electric actuator. This paper is divided into thefollowing sections:(1) research and implementation of special hydraulic cylinder and a special circuitlogic, so that the design can meet the strength requirement of the cylinder test, hydraulicoil according to the design into each loop the test, at the same time the cylinder connectionand installation method of design;(2) the research and Realization of electric liquid control technology, through thevarious hydraulic components of the selection and the design of control algorithm design,in order to ensure the safety and accuracy of the test;(3) the design of intelligent terminal, design program through the control PC and PLClogic module of the system and the function of each module and control method, anddesign a reasonable user interface to adapt the workshop operation process.High precision and high torque intelligent measuring device the project after thesuccessful development of the testing accuracy will reach1%, to fill the domestic largetorque output torque of the electric actuator for accurate testing method of blank condition,at the same time will greatly accelerate the petrochemical pipeline localization of keyequipment development process.
