Research On The Rockburst Control Method Of Erdaogou Gold Mine

Erdaogou gold mine, which belongs to steep and extremely narrow vein,applys the shallow hole shrinkage and cutting walls and filling method. The height of level is from35m to40m. Rockbust emerged when the excavation is up to13level. Henceforth,it is more serious as more deeply mining. Now the mining production concentrates the place from the15level to17level where many stopes has been forced to stop because of the influence of rockbust. it shows that rockbust has materially affected production safety and economic benefit of mine. Therefore, it is so critical to research an economical and practical approach of controlling rockbust.Completely summing up the previous research results, aimming at the problems of rockbust control of Erdaogou gold mine, the producing causes of it are primarily investigated and analyzed. Next,based on the on-site survey,mechanical parameters measure and the stability of rock classification, rockbust mainly locate at the positions of stopes of hanging wall and gradient of rock stability classification changed greatly. What’s more,the situations of stopes where rockbust happened are analyzed and the necessary conditions are mastered of happening rockbust. Firstly, inner rocks have high strain capability.Secondly, there are conditions of abruptly releasing for it. Thirdly, outer rocks have an effect on high stress. Rockbust can be controlled under any one of three conditions after further research. From this view, the techniques of monitoring rockbust are obtained including pressure relief mining,weakening the surrounding rocks by drilling and the combination of filling and bolting supporting.In addition, The practical pressure relief is put forward for the stopes have been damaged by rockbust.
