Gently inclined orebody with thin-medium thickness has been regarded as a difficulty-mined orebody for a long time. First of all, because the dip angle of orebody is gentle, caved ore cannot drawing with its own gravity, it is also go against the application of efficient equipment, therefore, the cutting engineering quantities and the cost of production is high. Second, the roof management is very difficult when the orebody is caved, need to reserve a large number of ore pillar, increased loss of ore and hidden trouble in safety. Therefore, the rational choice of mining method is one of the important topics in mine production. X#orebody in xincheng gold mine is inclined medium-thick broken ore body, the research of the mining method can provide the theory and the practice basis for other mine with similar ore body condition.This paper takes X#orebody in xincheng gold mine as research subject, on the basis of field investigation and collecting materials, takes mining technique evaluation, by using the fuzzy mathematical theory, after fuzzy clustering analysis, original chose three mining methods:the upward horizontal cut and fill stoping method; slicing and caving method; mechanized entrance-filling without sill pillar. Next step is eventual choosing through fuzzy integrated judge. The preconditions of fuzzy integrated judge are Power values and subjection degree. It uses Analytic Hierarchy Process (AHP) method when seeking for power values’ matrix, combining nature determined analyze and quantify fixed analyze. To determine every target’s subjection degree matrix, uses the linear function method to determine the subjection degree of quantitative index, uses the fuzzy preference compositor method which belongs to fuzzy duality contrast method to determine the subjection degree of qualitative index. After fuzzy integrated judge, it can be concluded that mechanized entrance-filling without sill pillar is an optimized method for mining.According to the actual conditions of the orebody making sure the concrete project of the mine method and reasonable parameter of the stope structure. The X#orebody in xincheng gold mine has been mined with the upward drift stoping with backfill method, looking from the present situation, it can meet the demands of safety and production.
