Daxin Manganese Mine is directly under the branch of the Citic Dameng Mining Industries Limited,which is China's the largest manganese mine.The orebody is mainly composed of the original sedimentary manganese carbonate orebody and the secondary oxidized manganese orebody,which has ?,?,?manganese orebody,and its manganese orebody resources are rich.But its occurrent conditions are extremely complicated,multi-layer orebody layers output,and fault fold structure develops badly,its orebody mining of the high technical requirements.Therefore,launching the research of the northwest of Daxin Manganese overlapping orebody mining process system optimization and making sure the smooth flow between the mining technology processes,stope structural parameters which adapt to the current mining conditions.(1)It analysis the existing problems in ore haulage process system and initially identifies four kinds of haulage process improvement programs,through the comparison analysis of the technical economy and the improved scheme system,it comprehensively determines the handling technology system of optimum scheme.The optimal scheme has the following advantages:it reduces the scraper series in ? orebody,improves the efficiency of ore removal,and integrates the chute structures ? orebody and ?.? mine.And it will reflect the system of ore removal structure,reduce the cost of production and increase the recovery rate of orebody,therefore it will achieve optimal economic.(2)It analysis the shortage between stope structure parameters and engineering arrangement,calculates the stability of pillar and mining field limit exposure area.The calculation results show that the optimal value pillar size specifications is 3m×3m and room span is 9m.Mine pillars form corresponding arrangement in system in ? orebody and ??? orebody,which reduces the chance that the stope roof falls.(3)Based on the analysis of mined out area distribution status and collapse accident,it puts forward four feasible in technology that deal with the technical measures for mined out areas of Daxin Manganese Mine in the Northwest.According to the theoretical calculation of ?,? mineral ore step ahead ?orebody,it obtains the theory calculation that the collaborative distance between??? orebody step ahead ? orebody is 9.42m,the theoretical calculation value and the current application value are basically agree.
