It became one of the main means of solve prolems and improve performance for the company to lay the foundation for long-term development.Bao-Steel started to product silicon steel in2007, from the process point of view of the quality of the request, the initial blast furnace hot metal quality can not meet the requirements.Hot matel need desilication treatment and even after desilication the Quality pass rate only73%,severely restricted the continuous production of silicon steel. Under this situation, use6s project management to improve quality pass rate of hot matel after desilication to90%, achieved significant economic benefits.To project management, it is project planning and control the key to solve the problems.It is an important means which enact elaborate before project carry out and strict control in process for the successful completion of the project.Project planning and control include the project schedule, cost, quality, communication, risk response, procurement, change and other planning and control.In this article, raising desilication iron quality on6s idea in the practical application of project planning and control were compared.
