Research On MES Project Schedule Planning And Controlling

With global economic development and rapid market change,currently enterprise informatization has been becoming tendency of economy and Society's development as modern production management continues improvement.Especially launch of Manufacturing Information System plays an important role in enhancing the competitiveness of enterprises and opening up the business innovation mode of enterprises in the impact of IE4.0 and smart plant.MES is the core of manufacturing information system and factories manufacturing sector is to achieve vertical integration,that is,from planning to execution,and the whole value chain end to end design integration.This paper takes the theory and method of project management plan and control as the theoretical basis of research.Based on background and feasibility analysis of GCP MES project,define the scope and target of MES project,as well as establish work breakdown structure(WBS chart).And draw up schedule,Gantt charts,network diagrams and the critical path of the project by using project management theory and tools.Due to special process and particularity of corresponding MES system,utilize PERT Method to estimate the project duration and completion possibility of project.Also,control every phase of project implementation by formulating project target and building up Performance Evaluation System of project.Identify the presence of process variations,and trend analysis of factors which affect the progress of the MES project.And take appropriate corrective measures to ensure that GCP company MES project will be completed successfully as scheduled and be under control effectively.
