Machining technology is developed in high speed, high accuracy and high efficiency direction, this ask machine tools have better dynamic characteristic. establish an accurate dynamic model is the foundation of machine dynamic analysis. As the dynamic characteristic of machine depends on the dynamic characteristic of the jointpart, analyze the characteristic of jointpart is the key of machine design.This paper use ultra-high speed grinder as reacher object, analyze the influence of the jointpart on dynamic characteristic of machine tool by theory and test method.The main contents of this paper are as following:(1)First, read many literatures, summary the research situation of mechanical dynamic characteristic and joint part from domestic and foreign scholars. Find out the method to study the dynamic characteristic of jiont and whole machine.Combined with the current research, propose the research method that combined with theoretical research, dynamic test and finite element.(2)Introduce the development of grinding, technical features of grinding and fomular derivation of grinding force. Describe the causea and the influence of grinding force and unbalanced inertia force. Analyze the structure of ultra-high speed grinder, find out structure that need key analysis.(3)Introduce the cause of stiffness and damp of jointpart and influence factors of jointpart.Establish the dynamic model of ultra-high speed grinder. Calculate dynamic characteristic parameters of jointpart by Yoshimura method.(4)Find effective alternative mothed of jinction though repeated analyse. Establish the finite element model of ultra-high speed grinder using studied paraments and effective modeling method. Make modal analysis of FEM of and obtained Natural frequencies and corresponding mode shapes. (5)make dynamic test on ultra-high speed grinder(test points arranged in the corresponding point on the theoretical model node).Verify the reasonableness and accuracy of the finite element modeling and finite element analysis method though compare the result of finite element anslysis and dynamic test.
