Nowadays,the number of large,complexity and variety of equipment is increasing in petrochemical industry.For the diversity of medium in equipment and pipeline,the complexity of external environment of device, External environment equipment corrosion also become one of the potential problems affecting continuous production.This thesis mainly research a new kind of pipe reinforcement technology for pressure pipes that are subjected to corrosion damage, mechanical damage and localized defect inspection and wall thickness. This technology use carbon fiber reinforced plastics wrapping the surface of pipes that have defect to reinforce pipes in constructure. On the basis of studying the foreign-related standards, we tested mechanics performance of the selected carbon fiber composite materials. This thesis systematically studied types of defects in pipeline, the factors of reinforcement technology. We discuss the numbers of layers, the way of wrapping, and use finite element calculation to analysis the actual constructure of pipe, at the same time, we also test a large number of pressure vessels blasting experiments. Finally, we puts forward the comparatively complete reinforcement technique method, and prove the correct layer number of minimum reinforcement calculation.Through the results of this thesis, it showed that using carbon fiber to repair technology for pressure pipeline structure is practical and feasible method, also having great value to engineering.
