Conveyor belt is used to play the role of carrying and transporting materials, usually made up of compounds of fibers, rubbers, plastics, or metals. Conveyor belt is widely used in mining, cement, coking, metallurgy, chemical engineering, steel and other industries, where conveying distance is short and throughput is small. The conveyor belt is easy to use, easy to maintain, with low freight, and can shorten the transportation distance, reduce project cost, save manpower and resources. As people have become increasingly higher and higher demanding of coal mine production safety, relevant researches on the conveyor belt are constantly strengthened and deepened. Based on the research and development of conveyor belt, in this paper, the contents are:The degree of reaction of phenolic resin is main factors which influence of the impregnating solution’s adhesive strength, research of the relationship between the Resorcin-Formaldehyde resins and the PH values of the solution. Under the different conditions of synthetic resin, by using the methods of PH, the RF resins reaction degree can be measured.The latex is an important factor affecting the performance of the impregnating solution, and the latex can improve the impregnating solution’s flexibility and adhesive strength. This paper changes the latex’s component to improve the adhesive strength and flame retardant ability through complex technology of latex and determines the optimum amount of latex through testing the release force and oxygen index to analysis the use level of latex impact on the impregnating solution’s performance.Antimony trioxide is effective flame retardant, due to its hydrophilic, easy reunion, destroying bonding, not conducive to the application of RFL.How to better combine it with the matrix is always the focus of academic research. This paper tries to use titanate modified on it, increasing the integration with RFL, increasing dispersion effect and reduce its settleability. Modified antimony trioxide was used in RFL, and analyzed the apparent morphological by scanning electron microscopy.The results show that:With the increasing time, PH of RF resin decreases little by little. When the synthesis conditions fixed, as the reaction temperature rose, the PH of RF decreased faster, and the degree of cross-linking too, and formed a gel in a short time.Latex can effectively improve the flame retardant property of RFL dipping solution, with the CRL’s content’s increases, flame retardant property improves, but adhesion energy declines. The level of flame retardant property and adhesion is the best when the ratio of CRL is42%in the latex, and can offer advantage choice to match up follow-up test to increase the flame retardant property of RFL in the meantime.Titanate coupling was used for Sb2O3to modified treatment, and can improve the consistency and dispersion effect with RFL. Single-factor method was used to analyze the test conditions of modified test and we used orthogonal test to analysis optimum conditions.Comprehensive experimental results, the optimum conditions are:the dosage of titanate coupling is2.5%, reaction temperature is70℃, reaction time is60min, shir speed is700r/min. Through the results of scanning electron analysis, modified Sb2O3’s agglomeration reduced greatly and modification effect was remarkable.Sb2O3play an important role in the improvement of flame retardant property. Canvas can produce SbCl3when it burns. SbCl3’s density is greater and will cover the burning point, cutting off the oxygen and absorbing heat can reduce the temperature of burning point, so it can stop burning. Overall consideration about the flame retardant property, adhesion performance, carrying capacity of RFL, the writer selected the best dosage of Sb2O3which takes up ten percent of the total amount, and tested26.6of the oxygen index.
